In this time of fear and turmoil for immigrant communities, the Chittenden Asylum Seekers Assistance Network stands with people who have fled persecution and often violence in their home countries, and to seek asylum in the U.S. With support from people like you, we can provide living expenses while families work toward independence in their new country. Increasingly, we must also pay for legal assistance to help families in the chaos of today’s immigration system.

$20 covers a parent´s flu shot
$140 covers a family's electricity for two months
$7,000 covers the cost of a lawyer to navigate the process for a family to be granted asylum
A donated or low-cost vehicle gives a family independence
Because CASAN is a 100% volunteer organization, your donation goes directly to covering families' needs.
Will you commit to a monthly donation for a year?
Becoming a regular donor will help CASAN have a predictable flow of support for the families we help. You will be joining 17 neighbors who have already committed.
